Sustainability Initiatives
 

Following a recent Sustainability Audit conducted on the Building Management and Control System (BMCS), we are currently developing Sustainability Strategy to encompass;

 - Implementing the required Building Management Control System screens for use by the Owners and Managers in driving optimum sustainability outcomes

- Alteration of metering and data gathering for pricing by the existing Building Management Control System contractor and external suppliers to supply, install, commission and provide data acquisition and data manipulation systems for ongoing management of the Sustainability outcomes of the site.

- Connection of gas and water meters to the Building Management Control System for a more complete picture of overall performance.

- Changing the way the weekly statutory fire testing occurs to avoid any water waste from the Property.

- Minimising operating times of chillers by programming and monitoring through Building Automation System.

-Implementing a tenancy based sustainability platform initiative
